Refunds

Refunds are accepted on specific reasons, simply send an email through the contact page to discuss the shipping options and reasons.

A) If the product was damaged by the artist

B) If the product received is incorrect to the product expected. 

(For Custom Designs):

C) If the requested design is not disclosed or, if the design is inappropriate or a disapproved design. 

All products will be shipped through Royal Mail, if items are damaged through the postal service, this is not the artists fault but please email [email protected] and/or your local post office to discuss these issues.
